Angel Kiss of Orange

1 Angel Food Cake, prepared. Slice across for wedges.


I am using two wedges per person.


Two fruits, blueberries and strawberries. Wash and use a small handfull of blueberries and two large strawberries per person. Set aside.
In large bowl, pour 16 ounces heavy whipping cream. Beat or use a mixer till thick. Add 4 tablespoons powder sugar. Beat till firm. Add 2 teaspoons orange extract. Mix in well. Set aside.


Take one wedge of cake, cut half thru, cut the same with the second wedge. Slide both cuts into each other to form a  cake cross. This gives height to your desert. Also allows using less whipping cream.

Take a small teaspoon and remove hull from strawberries. Slice making circles. Take the second hulled strawberry and slice lengthwise to make heart shapes.

 Place berries in open spaces of the cake.


Add some whipping cream.


 Place the heart shaped strawberries on top.  Blueberries, just a few, and garnish with a few cake crumbs.
